09.06.2025 - pester pac automation is once again one of the best employers in Germany in 2025 in several categories! After the successful Great Place to Work® certification in spring 2024, we have once again prevailed in several renowned competitions in 2025 and with great success!
Our awards are based on the results of an anonymous employee survey and an in-depth analysis of our corporate culture, values and HR work. This makes the awards particularly valuable: they authentically reflect what our employees think about their workplace. They stand for credible management that works fairly and respectfully with employees, for a high level of employee identification with the company and for a strong team spirit.

22nd place in the 501-2000 employee size category
We are delighted to once again be among the top 100 best employers in Germany. A total of 1,080 companies from all sectors and sizes took part in the “Germany's Best Employers 2025” competition. 100 companies were recognized nationwide - 23 of them in our size category. 91% of our employees say: “All in all, this is a very good place to work.” With a Trust Index of 80%, we are among the top 5% in our size category - and achieved the ‘excellent’ award level. This score puts us well above the industry average of 63% and continues the positive trend of recent years.
Bavaria's Best Employers 2025
7th place in the 501-1,000 employee size category
216 companies from all over Bavaria took part in the “Bavaria's Best Employers 2025” competition. In our size category (501-1,000 employees), 10 companies were recognized. This award confirms our strong position as an attractive employer in Bavaria - with innovative strength and a culture that connects.
Best Employers Allgäu 2025
1st place in the category: Companies with more than 50 employees
In our home region, companies in two size categories were assessed in the “Best Employers Allgäu 2025” competition. A total of 9 companies were recognized in the category with more than 50 employees. We are particularly pleased to have won first place in this category. As the best employer in the Allgäu 2025, it shows how strongly our daily cooperation is characterized by trust, cooperation and regional solidarity.
Best Employers in Manufacturing & Industry 2025
7th place in the “Best Employers in Manufacturing & Industry 2025” competition
This award was presented for the first time in 2025. Out of 61 participating companies in the manufacturing and industry sector, a total of 13 companies were recognized.
Great Start! Certification
Another award for excellent training and promotion of young talent.
In 2024, we were once again awarded the Great Start! - certificate for our training quality and targeted promotion of young talent. 97% of our trainees say “All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.” We are particularly pleased with this outstanding feedback, as it shows that our promotion of young talent is not only well-founded and practical, but also characterized by genuine appreciation and trust. We see this award as confirmation and as an incentive to continue to maintain our training quality at the highest level and to promote young talent in a targeted manner.
