Our basic package includes servicing at regular intervals, availability of spare parts on the spot or straight from our works, service hotline and training of your machine operators at your site.


Service Plus

In addition to the basic package, the Service Plus package offers
  • Exclusive service hotline (24 hours, 7 days) with guaranteed reaction time
  • Express handling of urgent spare parts
  • Guaranteed reaction time for on-the-spot assignments
  • Personal service manager to coordinate all your service needs
